...i'm totally itching to go on safari, as soon as the boys are old enough, and these gorgeous photos, from ann street studio, made me want to go even more

...loved this video on iris apfel, she's such an inspiration
...i've been lucky enough, the past few summers, to spend some time in the hamptons, but it's not happening this year, so maybe i can check out this book on hamptons gardens and be temporarily transported
the boys have been home with me, full time, this week, so i haven't had a lot of time to work on the blog. in fact, i haven't had too much time, this whole summer, to devote to this blog. but i'm trying to relish these last few weeks with my little dudes, before they go back to school, and am looking forward to putting more time into f + l, starting next month.
