cape cod: our little beach house

cape house

we were in cape cod, a couple of weeks ago, for a family vacation.  this is the second year that we've rented a sweet little beach house with some dear friends and it was such a nice time, once again. the little house (named "oscar's viewpoint") that we rent is sort of the epitome of quaint and charming and the surrounding area is all adorable shingled houses and big fluffy blue hydrangeas - over the top cuteness.  the little private beach that the house backs up to is so quiet and relaxing and the tide goes out like a mile, twice a day.  when the tide is out you can spend forever discovering awesome little sea creatures, shells, etc., which pretty much makes for kid (and adult!) heaven.
